I am getting an error message that says to go to Control Panel and manually install the Greek and Hebrew Fonts. How do I manually install the fonts?

  • Open up Control Panel by clicking on Start / Settings / Control Panel. Click on fonts in the control panel.
  • Look for the fonts that start with OLB. Click on the OLB font once to highlight and then press the delete key to remove. Do this for each font that starts with OLB.
  • Click on File / Install New Font. Locate the Bible folder (c:\program files\bible is default) and open it. Click on Select All and then OK to install.
  • Close the font window and the control panel window.
  • Shut down Windows and restart.
  • Start up the Bible program.

I would like to run the program without the CD. How do I copy the material to my hard drive?

First select the material you wish to transfer to your hard drive by pressing F9 (Favourites) and go to each tabbed section. If you want to copy everything, click on the "Select All" button at the bottom of each tab section.
Next, from the menu, click on "Tools / Copy CD Items to Hard Drive". Select each item or click on the box at the bottom beside "Copy All Items" to transfer everything. Click on "Copy". When done, click on exit.
Shut down the program, remove the CD and restart the program.
