Version Variations

I have seen Program Updates from July into October all using the same version number, 5.53.00.00. Are there differences in the updates though the number does not change? Once I installed the latest, the same date (July 11) shows in "Help/About"

The help about should show October 11/20.
We do not bother to change the version number when there are very minor changes that no one will see.
Changes were:
- how autoformat handles text (Russian text to be specific)
- when backing up the dictionary and restoring the dictionary content is appended rather than replaced.
