Search Differentiate between CAPITALIZED text and non-capitalized text

At one point OLB search use to Differentiate between CAPITALIZED text and non-capitalized text. That apparently has stopped functioning or I can't find the way to do that. ex. I'd like to search for LORD and not lord.

This was changed a long time ago when the program moved from version 7 (Windows 3.1) to the version 1. See the screenshot from the help file - the hint at the bottom.
