OLB will not install due to TSK module not found
I have been using the OLB for over 20 years. I have also bought the CD. I have it installed on my desk top though it has not ever exited the program correctly. Thats not my problem.
I have tried for over a year to install OLB on my lap top running Windows 10. Finally, after several attempts and turning off all the Windows 10 and browser security features I finally had it installed though it did not function properly, especally on program exit. however, it suddenly will not load or reinstall, even after fully uninstalling. The error message is the TSK module cannot be found. Install it from the CD or the Internet. After several attempts and settings adjustments in Windows 10 and Microsoft Edge browser (though I use Firefox). I downloaded the individual TSK app and again, the several new attempts of the individual TSK module and the new download of the installadvance 5.80 yeilded the same error message. Has anyone else had this issue and discovered the fix?

Do you have all the latest Windows updates installed? Press the Windows key + I and click on "Updates and Security" to see if the latest updates are installed.
An issue with laptops — when done using the laptop most people simply close the laptop. This puts the laptop into sleep mode. Before closing the laptop SHUT DOWN windows. This clears out the ram and at start-up Windows will load new data into the ram.
I like using the Windows shortcut for shutting down — Alt + F4 and then press the enter key.
Before installing the starter pack switch to the administrator account.
