OLB not launching "TSK module not found".

after 2 days of looking in this forum. Though I am logged in. I cannot find the reply button to respond to my post.
I guess the OLB is installing but it will not open on my laptop due to TSK module not found. error code 301.
Yes, I have completely shutdown the laptop many times. I have attempted to reinstall and have redownloaded also multipe times. Further, I have windows 10 firewall off, i have tried to install in Safe Mode.
The problem is that when trying to launch OLB it cannot find the TSK module, therefore the program OLB shuts down.

Try manually deleting the folders "..\Documents\Bible" and "..\Public\Documents\Online Bible".
Re-install the starter pack.
