CD Drive letter

Is there a way to direct OLB to the CD drive to install "new" material from the CD, please?  In my case it is F:/  I answer OK to the question  "Is containing the New Content in the appropriate drive?"  - but the program does not go there

Hello David,  Thank you for being ready at the drop of a hat to provide help and insight.  I wonder hw many others have stuck with OLB as long as you and I. I have a backup somewhere that has the versions I now want. I will copy them from there.
