5.4 does not load on MAC with Big Sur

Trying to do a re-install of 5.4 version from CD

Following the process, when I drag setup.exe from CD to Wrapper in Dock, nothing happens.

I did discover that the basic version was installed in Applications.

I see no menu allowing me to add material on the CD for which I paid

When I try running install.exe using Wineskin, it just keeps running with no actual installation taking place
