Searching
The search feature is very useful to find any word or phrase in any of the
material and is easily opened by pressing F7. You can limit your
search to Old or New Testament, a book or even a section of verses. Search
Bibles only or all of the material loaded such as books and/or commentaries.
Wildcard searches are also possible. |
 |
Copy Verses to Clipboard
Easily accesible by pressing the function key F8, this feature will let you
copy any number of verses to the clipboard and from there paste into your
favourite word processor. You also have the option of copying the text
formatted and then pasting into a rich text document. Various options let
you copy or leave out footnotes, variants and/or Strongs. |
 |
Floating Window lookup
By moving the mouse pointer over a word that is in the dictionary, the
definition will be displayed in a "floating window". This option is also
available for Strongs numbers. Moving the pointer over a number in the AV
Bible displays the Strongs definition. This feature may be turned on or off
at any time. |
 |
Annotate a Bible Verse
allows you to mark up any passage in the Bible. Highlight all or a part of
the verse and add your choice of colour and font style. To use this feature
click on the verse you want to mark up and press 3 (hotkey). The annotated
verses may also be backed up for safe-keeping.
|
 |
Bookmark Manager
allows you to save a location anywhere and easily return at any time. Right
click on the location to open the popup menu or use the hotkey (Z).
This will open the bookmark manager and let you add the location. To go to a
location press F5 or click on the icon in the toolbar. |
 |
